Fictional duck country band by Disney artist/writer Carl Banks, who did tons of Donald Duck comics and pretty much invented their whole universe.
He worked up art pieces in a series he called "Famous Figures of History as They Might Have Looked Had Their Genes Gotten Mixed with Waterfowl."
This sad-eyed septet was created in 1978, but not published until Barks' Animal Quackers, 1996.
