Fictional duck version of real Polish composer [ Frédéric Chopin] by Disney artist/writer Carl Banks, who did tons of Donald Duck comics and pretty much invented their whole universe.

He worked up art pieces in a series he called "Famous Figures of History as They Might Have Looked Had Their Genes Gotten Mixed with Waterfowl."

The Chopin piece was created in 1980, but not published until Barks' Animal Quackers, 1996.
