The Bollards are a fictional rock band from science fiction author William Gibson's 2010 novel Zero History.
As the story opens, the Bollards have already released at least one album (their prior history is not revealed in detail) and are in the process of recording a new one with Reg Inchmale, former guitarist for the Curfew (main character Hollis Henry's old band).
Band members
The Bollards' lineup is not fully named, but the members who appear in the book are:
- Clammy, whose role in the group is not specified but is most likely the lead vocalist.
- "Olduvai" George, described in the novel as a "brilliant, virtually forehead-free keyboardist."
