Songwriter and brother of concert singer Margaret Moore, who is murdered in the text-only short story "Sweet Dreams of Death" in comic book Zip Comics #45 (April 1944). He wrote many of her songs and shared a house with her.

Her jealous friend Katherine Cole, a would-be singer, did it.
