From the "Typhoon Take Off" episode of "Street Frogs," part of the 1987-1988 animated anthology show The Comic Strip. The "Street Frogs" segments depicted the teen-aged hijinks of a gang of street-smart frogs: Dr. Slick, Big Max (voiced by Bob McFadden), Spider, Moose The Loose, and "Honey Love" Loretta (voiced by Tanya Willoughby) in an world inhabited of anthropomorphic animals.
The gang wins a contest to be substitute DJs for WRIB's DJ Typhoon Toad. But they take advantage of the situation to play their demo tape of "Chillin'," which gets them in trouble.
Ron Taylor provides the theme song vocals.
