Child rock star who looks just like Bart Simpson; he first appeared in the "Kids in the Mall" story of comic book Simpsons Illustrated #9 (Bongo Comics, Summer 1993). He's doing an in-store show at the Cee-Dee Cauldron music store at the Springfield Mall.

He later appeared in "The Artist Formerly Known as Bart" story of Simpsons Comics #20 (May 1996), where they temporarily swapped places, Prince-and-the-Pauper-style. A poster on the wall informs us he was formerly a member of group Toddlers to Teens (parodying the name of real group Boyz II Men).
