Musical quartet composed of miniature hat-people from the bizarre live-action children's television series Lidsville (1971-1973). They live at the home of evil magician antagonist Horatio J. HooDoo (Charles Nelson Reilly). They pop out at random moments and play a very short, very repetitive song, usually just repeating whatever a character last said, or taunting HooDoo.
