Punk rock supervillain with no superpowers of his own, relying instead of an electric guitar that can shoot sonic blasts and fly him through the air.
From "The Lost Episode" of animated TV series Teen Titans, a special episode that aired on TV only once January 11, 2005. It was mostly seen online at Postopia.com, the Post Cereals Web site for kids.
Punk Rocket is seen in jail in the "For Real" episode airdate October 15, 2005.
