Early 1960s folk singer from the 2007 film I'm Not There, wherein Bob Dylan's life is exploded into fictional fragments, each portrayed by a different actor and fictional name.
Rollins represents Dylan's rise from the Greenwich Village folk scene to prominence, to his disatisfaction with the folk scene.
Played by Christian Bale.
