Rock star from the 1973 Inspector Wexford novel Some Lie and Some Die by Ruth Rendell. He's headlining at a rock festival with a bunch of other artists, and his first girlfriend, Dawn Stonor, turns up murdered. Rendell even wrote a full set of lyrics to his song "Let-me-believe."
It was later adapted into a three-part episode of The Ruth Rendell Mysteries in 1990, with future Dr. Who actor Peter Capaldi playing Zeno.
