Singing, guitar-playing Mexican desperado out for revenge on sheriff Hopalong Cassidy in "The Singing Killer" story of comic book Master Comics #39 (Jun 4, 1943). Cassidy put his brother in jail, so he's come to Twin River to kill him, armed with only a whip, and his guitar. He's super-good with his whip, using it to disarm and strangle a couple of people.
