Double bass-playing villain from the delightfully ridiculous tale "The Self-Winding Organ-Gander and the Overstuffed Bull-Fiddle" in Eastern Color comic book Jingle Jangle Comics #12 (December 1944). He steals the key to the apple pie mine that rightfully belongs to The Self-Winding Organ-Gander. He also steals the self-winding organ, and hides it inside his bass.
