Jazz trombonist boyfriend of jazz-hating, opera-loving socialite Mona Martin in the "I Lied To My Heart" story of Our Publishing Co. comic book Love Diary #4 (January 1950). He plays a swing version of Chopin's "Polonaise." He calls himself a cornet player at one point, even though he was shown playing a trombone earlier. Maybe he can play both!
