Composer and ... Bullfighter? From the 1947 film Fiesta. Played by Ricardo Montalban. His dad wants him to be a bullfighter, but he quits to study with a famous composer. His twin sister Maria (Esther Williams) takes on his identity.
He composes a Fantasia Mexicana, actually an edited version of Aaron Copland’s El Sálon México.
