Carole "Toddy" Todd is a gay/drag nightclub performer from the 1982 comedy film Victor/Victoria. At the start of the film, he's just gotten fired from second-rate club Chez Lui in 1930s Paris. He meets talented-yet-impoverished British singer wanna-be, Victoria Grant (Julie Andrews). He becomes her manager, and schemes to make her the toast of Paris. He puts her in drag as a man, invents an interesting backstory, and reinvents her as Count Victor Grezhinski. Shenanigans ensue.
Played by Robert Preston.
