From the comedy film Victor/Victoria (1982). Kicks the funny of men in drag up a notch by having a woman, Victoria Grant (Julia Andrews), playing a man playing a woman. She pretends to be this Polish count, and becomes a gay nightclub hit in 1930's Paris.
She/he can shatter a glass with a high B-flat!
