Nell Fenwick, bored daughter of the local Canadian Mounted Police commander, wants to go into show business. Since her father would never approve, she puts on a mask and uses this alias. She competes in Snidley Whiplash's amateur contest. When he sees that her terrible singing puts the audience to sleep, he decides to proclaim her the winner and use her to put people to sleep so he can rob them. He puts the unwitting Nell on tour until the MCP get wind of it, and Dudley Do-Right is sent to bring them in.

From the Dudley Do-Right short in a November 1959 (?) episode of animated television series Rocky and His Friends.

Her name is a reference to real famous singer Jenny Lind (1820-1887).
