Band from comedian George Carlin's parody of fast-talking, say-nothing top 40 disc jockeys, Willie West. This particular band was changed to Danny and the Demonstrators on the album version, "Wonderful WINO (Top-40 Disc Jockey)" off his 1967 debut album,Take-Offs and Put-Downs.
Their protest song is "Don't Want No War." Here's a video clip of him performing it on variety show The Hollywood Palace in 1966. Carlin sings some of their song.
