In the first sketch of first episode ("Farm," 21 Jan. 2011) of the IFC/Lorne Michaels-produced sketch comedy show Portlandia, Fred Armisen portrays this character, whose musical tribute to Portland, "Dream of the 90s," is available on Songs from the Northwest, put out by "Major Label."
