Famous classical violinist from the Quality comic book Smash Comics #65 (June 1946). He has a rare Stradivarius violin that gets stolen, and The Jester (really cop Chuck Lane) has to get it back. It's stolen from the concert hall by crook Heinie Appleface, who resembles Deisler enough to fool Lane.
His name is based on that of real violinist Jascha Heifetz (1901-1987).
