His final scheme involves kidnapping famous violinist [[Jan Corvo]] and disguising himself as Corvo to take his place and "...put two thousand rich fools to an hypnotic sleep" so he can steal their stuff.

Musical villain from "The Fiendish Fiddler" story of Fawcett comic book Bulletman #11 (January 13, 1943). Dressed in top hat and opera cape, he has figured out a way to hypnotize people into doing his bidding with his violin playing. He uses this power to get bank guards to give him the money. Also he just shoots people dead.
