From the animated TV series ''The Fairly OddParents'' (10/07/2005). In "The Good Ol' Days" episode, cranky Grandpa Pappy babysits Timmy. We learn that current teen pop idol [[Chip Skylark]] is actually Chip Skylark III, and Grandpa used to enjoy listening to Chip's grandfather, who was also a singing star way back in the day. 

Then Timmy uses a magic wish to make the world like a 1930s black and white cartoon, and he and Grandpa have 1930s type black and white cartoon adventures, including dancing to this band of animals, fronted by Skylark.
