Famous, successful rapper sentenced to public service helping building manager Thurgood Stubs in the "[https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0873255/reference Ghetto Superstars]" episode (11 Jul 2000) of stop-motion animated television series ''The PJs''. Q.T. didn't pay his taxes on the $90 million he made last year.

He has his own label, Q.T. Records.

He inspires two of the local kids to form their own rap duo [[MC Chunk and Supersmooth]], which Stubbs tries to manage.
