All bird novelty band from the "Tin Pan Folly" story of comic book ''[https://www.comics.org/issue/213834/ Tales Calculated to Drive You Bats]'' #5 (July 1962). Record label owner Flip Syde has resisted the rock craze and watched his profits drop. A chance encounter with rock n roll singing birds (the pet shop was next door to a record shop), and he's finally got his rock act. But one hit later, leader Mynah Max is tired of working for chicken feed and ready to jump to another label. Infuriated, Syde straight-up MURDERS Max, and threatens another label employee into replacing the bird.
